This weekend was so awesome! We lucked out with three days of excellent wind and weather. There was a good mix of beginners, intermediate and advanced riders who were all able to get out and do a lot of kiteboarding together. Thanks so much to Steve for working so hard to make this weekend happen. The house even though it was a last minute booking worked out to be such a perfect location and really cozy for all of us. When can we do this again?

What an awesome time we had at Hattie this weekend!! Great wind, amazing sunset rides and ocean downwinder for the advanced kiteboarders and me…well, I finally got up and stayed on that board for more than 3 seconds. What a feeling of great accomplishment. Now I start to see more and more why this sport is heaps of fun and very addictive. Thanks to all the kiteboarders in the group who gave good advice and a helping hand. Let’s do it again soon.
